Thirty Years ago, J.Crow spiced apple cider at his orchard & mill. Visitors soon asked about taking it home to brew on their own. Over time the mix was offered in tea bags or "loose pack." Now a fixture in fall, it can be used to spice hot cider, juice or wine. You can use a tea bag in a hot cup of cider, or sprinkle loose mix into a pan or kettle for groups.
